We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Poppy Scrubs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Scrubs

  Place your unwashed, unworn scrubs with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure package of your choice.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
